About this record

This site documents, with dates and evidence where possible, what my mother and I have gone through with the American medical and health-insurance system — misdiagnoses, denied or delayed care, billing disputes, and the effect all of it has had on us.

Every entry in the timeline is something that actually happened, as I remember it and can support it. Where I've included a document — an email, a bill, a letter, a screenshot — private information belonging to other people (account numbers, other patients' names, etc.) has been redacted before publishing. The underlying unredacted originals are kept privately for my own records, not published.

Nothing on this site is legal or medical advice, and it isn't a complaint filed with any institution — it's a personal record of events, kept in public so the pattern is visible.
