Still No Pay - Tempus employee tells me to tell some one who cares...
Tempus had given me issues with my efforts to do direct deposit and required me to go to my bank and get a recent deposit verification, but they told me I would get my checks mailed to me. I held off on the direct deposit and waited for my checks in the mail.
After about a month and a half of clocking hours through tempus, I still had not received a paycheck, so I reached out to my contact with tempus. They told me they only have one thing they do at tempus and they were not able to help me.
As mentioned before, they did not have the correct phone number for my mother, they only had my phone number. This was never fixed — my contact called me again just minutes after telling me it wasn't their job to help, this time trying to reach my mother and getting me instead.
It turns out they were reaching out to my mother to let her know that there were still issues that they had never resolved. They let me know their mistake, and they have stopped responding to me.
I don't know if they are trying to fix this behind the scenes or if they are being vengeful and refusing to do anything, stay tuned for tomorrows update.
